The Taproom Hosts Beer Club
The first rule of Beer Club?
You don’t talk about Beer Club…
Because if you love beer, and we’re guessing that you do, then you’ll want to share this with your beer bros.
Last Friday we hosted the first ever Beer Club meeting, which had beer lovers pull in to our brewery and sample our brews. Beer fans got to pick our brewer’s brain and network with other industry types, the home-brew crowd showed off their ever-improving brews, and everyone got a good ol’ beer buzz going.
Our man in charge, JC, gave a talk discussing the history of the Devils Peak Brewing Company, and then went into detail about how he produces the award winning Kings Blockhouse, which was recently voted best craft beer in South Africa.
While sipping on the Devil’s Peak Explorer and Founder series was a treat, the highlight of the evening was sharing the final two bottles of the rare beer-wine hybrid, the speciality beer, Vin de Saison.
It was our pleasure to host you beer lovers, and we look forward to attending the next Beer Club as guests.
